1. Sale Information

1.1 The Black Friday Voucher Sale begins 24 November and is limited to 50 total packages.

1.2 Packages include:

• $100 main voucher + 1×$50 bonus voucher

• $200 main voucher + 2×$50 bonus vouchers

• $300 main voucher + 3×$50 bonus vouchers

1.3 Vouchers must be purchased offline by calling or texting 0435 066 963.

1.4 Packages must be paid in full at the time of purchase.

1.5 Once sold out, no further vouchers will be released.

2. Voucher Validity

Main Vouchers

2.1 Valid for 12 months from date of purchase.
2.2 Can be used for any Lushly Studio service (lashes, brows, nails).
2.3 Can be used over multiple appointments until the balance is used.

Bonus Vouchers ($50 each)

2.4 Valid until 31 March 2026.
2.5 Bonus vouchers expire earlier and cannot be extended.
2.6 Bonus vouchers are separate from the main voucher and treated as individual $50 credits.
2.7 Once expired, they cannot be reactivated, extended, or replaced.

3. Bonus Voucher Usage Conditions

3.1 Only ONE (1) $50 bonus voucher can be used per visit.
3.2 The appointment total must be $100 or more to use a bonus voucher.
3.3 Clients may combine multiple services to reach the $100 minimum.
Example: Lash Infill $78 + Brow Wax $44 = $122
3.4 After applying the $50 bonus voucher, the remaining balance must be paid by card or cash.
3.5 The remaining balance cannot be paid using the main voucher.
3.6 Bonus vouchers cannot be used to reduce a service to $0.

3.7 Bonus vouchers cannot be used simultaneously with:

• another bonus voucher

• a main voucher

• any other discount, promotion, combo, or offer

3.8 Bonus vouchers must be booked manually by call or text via 0435 066 963.

3.9 Bonus vouchers cannot be added to online bookings or automatically deducted.

4. Services Eligible for Bonus Voucher Use

4.1 Bonus vouchers are valid on full-price services only.
4.2 Eligible categories:

• Lash full sets

• Lash infills

• Brow waxing, shaping, tinting

• Brow lamination (full-price only)

• Russian Manicure Nail services valued at $100+ (excluding nail art/designs)

4.3 Bonus vouchers cannot be used on:

• Lash & Brow Packages

• Nail art, BIAB designs, French, chrome, 3D, or custom artwork

• Upskilling or training services

• Retail products

• Gift vouchers or other voucher purchases

• Promotional prices or special bundles

• Any discounted service

5. Staff Eligibility

5.1 Bonus and main vouchers may be used with:
Natta, Jean, Chloe, Eugenia, Jamaica
5.2 Appointment availability varies by staff and cannot be guaranteed.

6. Booking Requirements

6.1 Bonus voucher bookings must be made offline by contacting us 0435 066 963.
6.2 Clients must clearly state they wish to use a bonus voucher so timing can be allocated.
6.3 Lushly Studio may request prepayment of deposits for appointments if required.
6.4 Standard cancellation policies apply; missed appointments forfeit the use of that bonus session for the day.

7. Transfer & Ownership

7.1 Main and bonus vouchers are non-transferable.
7.2 All vouchers must be used by the same individual who purchased them.
7.3 If purchasing as a gift, the entire package (main + bonus) must be placed under the recipient’s name at the time of purchase.
7.4 Vouchers cannot be reassigned once created.
7.5 Sharing or splitting voucher credit between multiple people is not permitted.

8. Refunds, Exchanges & Loss

8.1 All voucher sales are final. No refunds or exchanges.
8.2 Vouchers cannot be redeemed for cash.
8.3 If a voucher is lost, misplaced, or forgotten, it cannot be reissued or replaced.
8.4 Expired vouchers cannot be redeemed or extended.

9. Misuse & Right to Refuse

9.1 Lushly Studio reserves the right to refuse a voucher if:

• the client attempts to stack multiple vouchers

• the service does not meet the $100 minimum

• incorrect booking method is used

• the voucher appears tampered or misused

9.2 Any attempt to circumvent T&Cs may void the voucher.

10. General

10.1 Lushly Studio may update T&Cs without notice where necessary.
10.2 By purchasing a Black Friday voucher, the client acknowledges and agrees to all terms.
10.3 Normal salon policies (cancellation, lateness, deposits) apply to all voucher appointments.
